Careers For Future is a private initiative based in Germany. With its network and expertise, it supports young adults from Namibia in receiving practical and well-founded training in Germany, thus laying the foundation for a successful future. It offers highly motivated, well-educated young adults an opportunity for professional and personal development – enabling them to make a positive contribution to society.

The objectives of the AGDS are the preservation, maintenance and promotion of the German language and German culture in Namibia through the targeted promotion and support of all member associations.
